Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant for one of its clients in Hybrid

Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, application support, testing, quarterly releases, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications and business processes.
• Gather and analyze requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM using standard application functionality.
• Support Oracle HCM quarterly updates, release management, and testing.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, integration, and testing projects.
• Work with technical teams on OIC, BI Publisher, and Visual Builder.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Perform data validation and ensure system/data integrity.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, job aids, FAQs, and training materials.
• Support end-to-end testing and software quality assurance activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configuration and application support.
• Experience with requirements gathering, systems analysis, testing, and process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle HCM quarterly release management and testing.
• Oracle HCM Configuration
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• BI Publisher (BIP)
• Oracle Visual Builder
• Healthcare or large enterprise experience.
• Experience with project management, systems analysis, data management, and software testing.

Work Site: Hybrid (Rochester, MN / Jacksonville, FL / Scottsdale, AZ)

Duration: Fulltime

Expected Start Date: 2 Weeks
