Warehouse Manager

Job Summary Support the Director of Operations at the respective distribution center by directing warehouse activities and overseeing all aspects of the daily production and order fulfillment. Major Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Establish operational procedures for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory. Lead and measure all daily processes to ensure order fulfillment and production are completed with excellence. Partner with the Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges and ensure timely and accurate completion of order fulfillment for operations that ship between 2,200 and 10,000 lines per day or generate $136K to $1.2M in revenue. When applicable, adhere to and manage all transactions as the CDR (certified designated representative) and ensure accurate procedures, record‑keeping, and compliance with the State of Florida’s Pharmacy Practice Act administrative rule. Human Capital Management: Support all local human resource processes, including sourcing and staffing positions, supporting performance management, administering compensation when necessary, and facilitating training and development. Create a culture that promotes positive employee relations and protects confidential information, such as salary data for supervisors, leads, and hourly employees. Expense Management: Oversee daily and ongoing expenses to maximize financial efficiency, prepare work orders for repairs, and requisition replacements of equipment. Schedule, track, and expedite freight to inter‑company and third‑party distributors; work with carriers to resolve freight discrepancies. Inventory Management: Monitor work and processes to ensure products are moved correctly from trailer to racks to shipping, and manage Vendor‑Managed Inventory (VMI). Sales Support: Assist local sales representatives and leadership to deliver outstanding customer service and respond to service failures and customer concerns. Support the Director of Operations with resolving customer complaints as registered through the OSI process. Safety and Hygiene: Monitor activities to ensure safe practices are in place and that building housekeeping standards are met; provide guidance to the safety committee. Education & Credentials Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree. 3 to 5 years supervisory experience with demonstrated abilities supporting personnel and warehouse employees. Preferable 5 years business experience, including several years in a distribution center environment. When applicable, Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida to ensure compliant operations and handling of pharmaceutical product. Capable of handling multiple priorities and extensive time demands. High level of personal integrity and the ability to navigate complex situations requiring multiple decision makers. Demonstrated experience in customer relations and leading work environments that embrace positive employee relations principles. Salary Range $105,040.00 – $157,560.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
