Senior Customer Operation Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Operation Specialist to be part of the new EMEA Order to Cash team based in our Łodź SSC. As a Customer Operation Senior Specialist, you’ll be the key connection between our company and our customers, ensuring smooth order management and excellent customer experience. You’ll manage the order cycle, query resolution while working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable to meet customer expectations. This is a high‑impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, results‑driven environment and is motivated by building strong, collaborative relationships. Important note! Planned start date 1 September.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism. Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP. Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines. Validate pricing and support contract updates. Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions. Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries. Take full ownership of customer service quality. Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

Fluency in English is a must. 4+ years in Customer Service. Strong SAP experience – must have (3+ years preferred). Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel advanced). Customer-focused and relationship-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Comfortable with numbers and data. Comfortable collaborating with remote colleagues and customers. Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure. Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions. Additional European language skills would be an advantage.
