Enjoy flexible scheduling options that allow for work-life balance while contributing to meaningful outcomes in client care.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories and needs. Develop and implement effective individualized treatment plans that promote personal growth and well-being. Deliver various therapeutic modalities in one-on-one sessions and monitor client progress toward therapeutic goals. Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges attending in-person sessions. Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and best practices. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and team meetings to enhance therapy techniques and share insights with colleagues.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role as a mental health counselor will primarily involve working with diverse adult clients managing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. You will also guide clients in developing coping strategies and resilience, helping them navigate their therapeutic journey toward recovery and personal empowerment.Qualifications A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or provide a PsyD. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine capacity for empathy and compassion. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across a flexible work schedule.Preferred ExperienceWhile we welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, candidates with prior experience in outpatient mental health settings and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care will be particularly valued. Familiarity with virtual care platforms is a plus and will facilitate smoother teletherapy sessions.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, contingent on your caseload and level of experience.
