What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel front desk experience required.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Professional, friendly, and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer and manage incoming calls using professional phone etiquette.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Build positive relationships with guests and contribute to a welcoming, service-oriented environment.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
