Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow)
- Previous experience in school, healthcare, pediatric, or teletherapy settings valued
- Skilled in providing comprehensive speech, language, and communication interventions for children
- Strong collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to culturally responsive and student-centered practices
- Stellar organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of assessments—including speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations—for students in accordance with state and district requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) supporting student goals
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services in-person or virtually as needed
- Work closely with educational staff to integrate targeted communication strategies into daily classroom activities
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports for meetings and compliance purposes
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for parents and staff regarding best practices in speech-language development
