Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - Cambridge, Massachusetts

This travel position invites Respiratory Therapists to immerse themselves in a thriving healthcare environment, gaining fresh perspectives through exposure to new clinical protocols, innovative equipment, and varied leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Rotating shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to patients requiring acute care intervention
• Assess, initiate, and manage patient-specific respiratory treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced respiratory equipment
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and healthy respiratory practices
• Document care delivery and patient progress accurately

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current state licensure required
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings strongly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills
