Job Description
As a Front Desk Team Member , you will be the first person our guests see when they enter our salon. You are the face of our team and must make sure to maintain a positive, welcoming attitude. You must have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people to make them feel comfortable. An eye for detail and organizational skills are crucial to your success. It is essential that you be well organized and have a pleasant personality to represent our company professionally and positively.
Responsibilities:
- The Front Desk team member checks guests in and out, ensuring the guest had a pleasurable experience.
- Their main duties include booking appointments and answering phones.
- Communicating with service providers on the status of their guests.
Requirements:
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods.
Receptionist/Front Desk experience preferred.
