Client Human Resources Business Partner IV - Key Accounts

Human Resources Consultant What you’ll do: Serve as an HR expert to ADP’s largest clients and support ADP’s most complex products and technologies. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. Communicate and exceed client expectations using strong interpersonal skills, ADP product knowledge, and a proactive approach. Provide recommendations and best practices to ADP leadership and clients. Share knowledge with less experienced consultants and specialists. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Must be located in the Culver City, CA/Woodland Hills, CA/Long Beach, CA area or surrounding area; manage an external client book of business in the Greater Los Angeles area, with a small portion elsewhere. Hybrid work model: remote with 10% field travel; 10% travel required. At least 8‑12 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems‑related organization. At least 8‑12 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to deliver positive results. A college degree is not required; alternative qualifying experience or military experience is acceptable.
