PhysioSpace LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Clifton, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on restoring mobility, relieving pain, and improving overall function, utilizing a variety of modalities including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Incorporate advanced therapeutic techniques, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to maximize recovery potential.
• Educate and empower patients by providing guidance on injury prevention, proper movement techniques, and a regimen of home exercises to support their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate effectively with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare practitioners to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on individual recovery trajectories.
• Maintain compliance with all HIPAA regulations by ensuring accurate and secure documentation of patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, from post-operative orthopedic cases to those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our clients include individuals of all ages seeking recovery from sports injuries, joint replacements, and other orthopedic procedures. Your role is crucial in providing compassionate care that focuses on patient education and engagement, helping them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is required.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and creating patient-centered treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a patient-centric approach.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred, we encourage new graduates with relevant clinical placements or internships to apply. Experience with diverse treatment methodologies and a passion for staying current with industry trends will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive annual salary range of $110,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
