Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional mobility, identifying impairments and establishing baseline data.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and exercises, utilizing advanced techniques to alleviate pain, improve strength, and enhance overall physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on effective at-home care techniques, self-management strategies, and exercise regimens that foster recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for each patient.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with legal and moral standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients who may be recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient demographics range from young athletes to older adults seeking recovery from conditions such as osteoarthritis, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, including relevant internships and hands-on practice.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
