Our clinic emphasizes the importance of work-life balance, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
