Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately evaluate each client’s mental health concerns, strengths, and unique needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and challenges identified during assessments.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to foster positive change.

• Regularly monitor and meticulously document clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure efficacy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and case managers—to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Advocate for clients by ensuring they have access to appropriate mental health services and community resources, working diligently to uphold their rights.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set forth by state licensing boards and professional organizations, ensuring the highest level of integrity in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals and families facing various challenges, including mood disorders, relationship conflicts, anxiety, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid LMFT licensure in the state of Arizona to practice independently.

• Two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders and related mental health issues is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for mood disorders, such as CBT and DBT.
