Founding Growth Lead

What You'll Do Design, run, and iterate on growth experiments across product, marketing, and distribution channels Assist in prepping sales strategy for big meetings, as well as in the procurement of follow-up materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, etc.) Assist in building the growth playbook - from identifying channels to creating scalable systems Define and track north-star growth metrics (e.g., signups, activation rate, retention, referral loops) Run outbound and inbound campaigns, testing messaging, positioning, and targeting Partner directly with the founding team to translate customer insights into product and GTM decisions Manage early marketing channels (content, paid, partnerships, community, SEO — whatever works) Who You Are Charismatic, well spoken, persistent Creative and resourceful - you find unconventional ways to acquire and retain users Strong communicator who can work closely with a small, fast-moving founding team Hungry to have outsized ownership and impact at an early-stage company Comfortable wearing multiple hats across growth, marketing, product, and sales Data-obsessed - you measure everything, run experiments, and let results guide decisions #J-18808-Ljbffr
