Work Environment\n

This position can be performed entirely remotely, providing you with the flexibility to manage your workspace while still collaborating with a close-knit team. Our work hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the understanding that some flexibility might be necessary to accommodate patient needs. Our outpatient setting ensures that you will engage with clients in a meaningful way, empowering them to overcome their challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, resulting in the formulation of customized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational support groups to address common mental health concerns, fostering community and connection among participants.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including regular consultations with psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Provide crisis intervention services and manage mental health emergencies with professionalism and care.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in their treatment.

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and continued education opportunities.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methods, and therapeutic approaches.

• Ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop impactful treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a wide range of clients.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Exemplary judgment and adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

• Capability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
