Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist
Andvaris Inc
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist with construction industry experience to manage billing, payment applications, collections, and contract administration. The ideal candidate has worked with subcontractors or specialty trade contractors and is comfortable navigating GC billing platforms. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit AIA G702/G703 payment applications Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections Process billing through Procore, RedTeam, and e-Builder portals Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and Procore Conduct weekly collections follow-ups and prepare aging reports Coordinate with project managers and general contractors regarding payment status Required Qualifications 2+ years of construction AR, billing, or contract administration experience Experience with AIA G702/G703 pay applications Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Procore Familiarity with GC billing portals (RedTeam, Procore Invoicing, e-Builder) Excellent communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Andvaris Inc
