*Job Title: Care Management Support Coordinator*

*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to support administrative care management activities. In this role, you will engage with members and providers through inbound and outbound calls, assist with scheduling services, and help ensure a smooth care experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*

* Conduct outbound calls to support members with care plans, scheduling, and follow-ups
* Answer inbound calls and address member or provider inquiries
* Connect members to health plan and community resources
* Assist with onboarding, including sending welcome materials and communications
* Maintain accurate, non-clinical member records in compliance with guidelines
* Provide general support related to care plan processes and services
*Required Qualifications:*

* High School Diploma or GED
* 1-2 years of related experience
*Preferred Skills:*

* Call center or high-volume customer service experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)

This is a Contract position based out of McAllen, TX.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
