HR Assistant
We are looking for a dependable, bilingual HR Assistant to support our team with administrative and data entry tasks related to HR operations. This is not a traditional HR role no prior HR experience is required. The position is focused on organizing information, maintaining records, and helping keep daily administrative work moving efficiently.
This is a straightforward, part-time role for someone who can come in, stay organized, get the work done accurately, and work independently.
We are a family-owned precision machine shop that manufactures components for the medical device industry. We value reliability, teamwork, and people who take pride in getting the job done right.
Schedule:
- Part-time: 1520 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable with computers, email, and basic data entry, excel, etc.
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Previous office or administrative experience is helpful but not required
