Destination by Hyatt Tempe Mission Palms US - AZ - Tempe Department Head/Manager Full-time Yearly US Dollar (USD) pay basis Summary The Role As a Sales Manager, you will strategically position guest rooms, meeting space, and the full suite of Hyatt services to new and existing clients. This is a high-visibility role that blends business development, account management, and on-property experience to deliver results. You’ll actively generate new business, cultivate key accounts, conduct compelling site inspections, and craft persuasive proposals that convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently present solutions tailored to each client’s needs. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is energized by building relationships and closing business.
