The Opportunity & Role Impact As an Accounts Receivable Specialist within our talent pipeline, you are positioned to step into a foundational role critical to managing our clients' cash flow operations. We are looking for mid-level professionals who are fully proficient in managing high-volume billing cycles, navigating complex invoicing rules, and maintaining professional, strategic relationships with client accounts to resolve outstanding collections efficiently.

salary: $27 - $33 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Invoicing & Billing: Manage, generate, and accurately distribute high-volume client invoices according to specific contractual terms and established company timelines.
• Proactive Collections: Monitor aging reports and lead collections efforts for past-due accounts via professional phone and email communication, preserving client relationships.
• Cash Application: Promptly apply and reconcile high-volume customer receipts (ACH, wire, checks, and credit cards) against open balances daily.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Partner closely with account managers and client accounts to quickly research, document, and resolve billing disputes, short payments, and complex variances.
• Reporting & Audit Support: Assist with month-end close reconciliations, prepare accurate AR aging summaries, and provide necessary documentation for internal and financial audits.
