Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements. Position: Recruiting Coordinator Hours: 40/week Location: 6550 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33634 Responsibilities: Plan and implement a Recruiting Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants Source and attract candidates by using databases, sourcing platforms, social media, etc. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels Prepare interview agendas, calendar invites, and logistics (virtual) Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress Coordinate with the executive team Securities offered through Trinity Wealth Securities, LLC are NOT FDIC INSURED, NOT BANK GUARANTEED, and MAY LOSE VALUE.
