As our commercial business grows, we are expanding through vertical-specific Business Development Partners who bring established industry relationships, market knowledge, and the ability to create qualified new business opportunities.

The Opportunity

\n

We are looking for an experienced  Business Development Partner – Physician-Led Wellness & Longevity with a strong network and proven B2B sales experience in this market.

\n

This is a  commission-only role at launch with no base salary and is best suited for an experienced industry professional who already knows the buyers, can open doors, and is comfortable independently building pipeline.

\n

This is a vertical-focused role, not a geographic territory.

\n

Primary markets include longevity clinics, physician-led wellness practices, concierge medicine, functional and integrative medicine, regenerative wellness, performance and optimization clinics, and multi-location wellness groups.

\n

Mito’s internal B2B team provides product education, sales materials, proposal and quoting support, solution development, implementation planning, and ongoing account support.

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to develop qualified commercial opportunities.
\n
• Prospect independent practices, multi-location groups, and strategic accounts.
\n
• Build relationships with physicians, medical directors, founders, owners, operators, and executive decision-makers.
\n
• Conduct initial discovery to understand the business, client experience, space, goals, and potential use case.
\n
• Introduce appropriate Mito commercial red and near-infrared light therapy solutions.
\n
• Partner with Mito’s B2B team through discovery, proposal, and close.
\n
• Identify opportunities for pilots, initial placements, referrals, and broader multi-location expansion.
\n
• Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity activity in Mito’s CRM.

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 5+ years of direct sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or account management experience within physician-led wellness, longevity, functional medicine, concierge medicine, regenerative wellness, or a closely related market.
\n
• Established relationships with relevant industry decision-makers.
\n
• Proven ability to independently build B2B pipeline and close new commercial business.
\n
• Strong consultative and relationship-based selling skills.
\n
• Experience working with physicians, business owners, executives, or clinical leadership.
\n
• Ability to independently manage outreach, follow-up, and opportunity development.
\n
• Experience with wellness technology, recovery technology, capital equipment, medical-adjacent solutions, or multi-location accounts is a plus.

Compensation

\n

This is a  commission-only opportunity with no base salary at launch .

\n

Compensation is earned on qualifying commercial business according to Mito Red Light’s written commission structure.

\n

Commission eligibility, lead registration, account protection, qualifying revenue, reorder opportunities, and payment terms will be reviewed as part of the engagement process.
