Client Onboarding Specialist

Managing the onboarding process for complex accounts, the full-time Client Onboarding Specialist will oversee new client account openings, ensure compliance with regulations, and serve as a subject matter expert while working remotely across the United States. Key responsibilities Independently manage onboarding for standard and complex account types, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Perform quality reviews of onboarding documentation and resolve account-opening issues in collaboration with internal teams Provide training and mentorship to junior onboarding team members while identifying opportunities for process improvement Required qualifications 5+ years of financial services experience with hands-on client onboarding and account-opening experience Experience with complex accounts, including trusts, estates, LLCs, and corporations Strong knowledge of account registrations and documentation requirements Experience with Schwab Advisor Center and/or Fidelity WealthScape preferred 4-year college degree preferred
