Beck's Car Wash in Peoria Heights is seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee daily operations, develop employees, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and site performance
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and wash quality
- Create schedules and manage staffing levels
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
- Oversee cash handling, inventory, and reporting
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
