Responsibilities of the Office Administrator Position Invoicing & Payments Documentation & Compliance Project & Database Management Calendar & Administrative Support Shipping, Inventory & Logistics Office & Facility Management Financial Tracking & Reporting Requirements of the Office Administrator Position Two + years of experience as an office administrator, office manager or accounting clerk with office experience. Strong general accounting and computer and application skills. Microsoft Excel experience and computer literacy. Updated resume is required for consideration. Only local candidates will be considered - position does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
