Qualifications & Experience:
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement required
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Comfort working with PreK-age children and their families
• Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to accommodate either full or part-time hours

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for PreK students to identify strengths and needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and behavior support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and documentation
• Support crisis intervention and consult on best practices for early childhood learning
• Help create an inclusive, positive environment focused on student development
