Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, tailored to groups, couples, families, and individual clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring ethical standards are met consistently.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Many clients served by Molina may have previously lacked access to necessary mental health services, making your role integral in providing vital support and treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
