Roles and responsibilities include leading restaurant operations, demonstrating integrity and exceeding expectations, ensuring top performers, setting a positive example, comprehending and performing every station, recruiting and training employees, supervising cash management, overseeing training progression, facilitating manager meetings, maintaining facility condition, conducting regular one-on-ones, representing Honeygrow standards, ensuring food quality, delivering a fantastic guest experience, holding manager meetings, administering payroll procedures, holding accountability for P&L results, communicating company updates, confirming forecasting tool accuracy, coaching and developing Assistant General Manager and Service Managers.

Requirements include being at least 18 years of age, meeting scheduling needs, having ServSafe Certification preferred, minimum three years of strong food prep and line experience, minimum three years of management experience in fast casual or similar restaurant environment preferred, and strong leadership skills.

Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, possessing close, distance, and peripheral vision, frequently bending, stooping, and reaching, having dexterity to handle kitchen equipment, being comfortable working near open flames, working in fast-paced environments with hot and cold areas, working in tight spaces, and working and communicating effectively in high noise-level environments.

Pay or shift range: $68,000 - $74,000 annually. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
