A manufacturing company in the Lehigh Valley is searching for an Human Resources Manager-Manufacturing. This direct-hire position is 5 days onsite and starts immediately.

Full-cycle payroll ownership
Advanced HRIS administration
Manufacturing HR operations
Complex employee relations
Supervisor coaching
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Five or more years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong employee relations experience required.
Experience managing full-cycle payroll, benefit, and HRIS systems.
Prior experience in manufacturing
