Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including crisis intervention and behavior support strategies.

• Document all client interactions and related data promptly to fulfill regulatory requirements and agency standards.

• Utilize evidence-based tools for screenings and assessments, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Work collaboratively with other professionals within the agency to craft and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the integrity of our programs.

• Serve as a resource and liaison for clients, families, and community partners to facilitate access to additional resources and services.

• Establish and maintain productive communication channels to ensure alignment with organizational goals and community needs.

• Engage in outreach efforts to build relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, enhancing the center’s reputation and service delivery.

• Pursue continual professional development through training, conferences, and networking to enrich knowledge and service delivery.

• Embark on additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to the needs of the agency and its clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, substance use, as well as those with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required, along with an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
