Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create detailed treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, taking into account their physical, emotional, and social wellness.

• Collaborate as a vital member of multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support and intervention plans, promoting effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the quality and standard of care provided.

• Establish strong relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance service delivery and maintain open lines of communication within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid independent LMHC license in Massachusetts; candidates with licensure from other states will have their fees covered to obtain Massachusetts licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
