Junior Marketing Coordinator

Kforce has a client seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator for a hybrid role in the following locations: Denver, CO, Seattle, WA, Phoenix, AZ . Summary: Our client, a global professional services organization, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to support regional marketing initiatives and business development programs across a large geographic territory. This role will play a key part in executing events, sponsorships, communications, and strategic marketing programs that help strengthen client relationships and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute regional marketing programs and initiatives
• Support events and sponsorships, including invitations, registrations, event logistics, attendee management, and post-event reporting
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and internal stakeholder teams to ensure successful program delivery
• Maintain marketing calendars, SharePoint sites, newsletters, and related communications
• Collect and organize marketing content, collateral, and event materials
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and communicating status updates
• Attend stakeholder meetings and represent the marketing team in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements and risk management processes
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event marketing, communications, business development support, or related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating corporate events, sponsorships, webinars, or marketing programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Dynamics, Marketo, or similar platforms is highly preferred
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot is a plus
