We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting / Payroll Specialist to join our client's team in Marietta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with accounting and payroll experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity with potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processing and related payroll functions.
- Perform general accounting and administrative duties.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial recordkeeping.
Qualifications
- QuickBooks experience is required.
- Previous accounting and/or payroll experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Dependable, professional, and reliable.
- Ability to start immediately.
