Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, governance, and strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) , IT Service Management (ITSM) , enterprise integrations, and ServiceNow platform architecture.

This role is responsible for defining the ServiceNow platform roadmap, designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions, driving HRSD and ITSM transformation initiatives, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with executive stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Strategy & Ownership

• Own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, standards, and long-term roadmap.
• Define platform best practices, scalability guidelines, security standards, and governance models.
• Drive continuous platform modernization and optimization initiatives.

Solution Architecture

• Architect enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions across:
  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Employee Center
  • Service Portal
  • UI Builder
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Review solution designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

HRSD & ITSM

• Lead architecture and implementation of:
  • HR Case Management
  • Lifecycle Events
  • Employee Center
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Request Management
• Ensure seamless integration across HR and IT workflows.

Enterprise Integrations

• Design and govern enterprise integrations using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • IntegrationHub
  • MID Server
  • LDAP
  • OAuth
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Integrate ServiceNow with HR, IT, ERP, and third-party enterprise applications.

Platform Governance

• Define and enforce:
  • Development standards
  • Code quality guidelines
  • Security policies
  • Performance optimization strategies
  • Platform governance frameworks
• Minimize technical debt through architecture reviews and governance processes.

CMDB & CSDM

• Design and maintain enterprise CMDB architecture.
• Implement and govern Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Ensure data quality and configuration management best practices.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, enterprise architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead architecture review boards and technical governance meetings.
• Mentor architects, technical leads, and developers.
• Drive technical excellence across ServiceNow delivery teams.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues.
• Continuously improve ServiceNow architecture based on evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 8+ years in ServiceNow Solution Architecture or Platform Architecture.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ownership of enterprise ServiceNow platforms.
