Join a growing biopharmaceutical organization focused on advancing therapies for patients with serious and rare diseases. This role sits within Enterprise Application Operations and supports the delivery, governance, and continued evolution of the company’s ServiceNow ecosystem.

The environment is highly collaborative and brings together internal technology teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and managed-service providers. The organization is expanding its ServiceNow capabilities across service management, operations, asset management, employee services, and regulated platform validation.

This opportunity is designed for a senior ServiceNow professional who can deliver immediate architectural and project leadership while demonstrating the potential to grow into a broader platform leadership position.

What’s In Store For You

• Engagement: W2 only; no C2C or 1099 arrangements.
• Initial 12-month contract with the intention to convert a strong performer into a full-time leadership role.
• Potential progression into an Associate Director position responsible for ServiceNow platform delivery.
• Hybrid schedule with approximately one to two days per week onsite in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
• Majority remote work, with onsite attendance required for workshops, team events, and key project activities.
• Opportunity to influence enterprise ServiceNow architecture, governance, project delivery, and vendor performance.
• Exposure to active and upcoming initiatives involving CMDB, software asset management, hardware asset management, platform validation, and employee-service capabilities.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Serve as a senior solution architect for the enterprise ServiceNow platform, with direct focus on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and related platform capabilities.
• Lead architectural design, solution planning, and delivery across active ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Join an active CMDB and Software Asset Management implementation and help drive successful delivery.
• Support the validation of ServiceNow for use within a regulated GxP environment.
• Prepare the platform and organization for a planned Hardware Asset Management implementation.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Coordinate work across internal resources, implementation partners, consultants, and managed-service providers.
• Review and challenge vendor proposals, solution designs, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Establish clear architecture, integration, data, release, testing, and platform-governance practices.
• Support related ServiceNow capabilities, including Employee Center, HRSD, and Workplace Service Delivery.
• Lead projects and technical teams through influence, structure, communication, and demonstrated platform expertise.
• Provide measurable proof of delivery through successful implementations, platform improvements, issue resolution, and operational outcomes.
• Demonstrate the leadership, delivery ownership, and stakeholder-management capabilities required to grow into a future platform-management role.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Enterprise ServiceNow Delivery and Architecture?

• At least 10 years of progressive information technology experience.
• At least 7 years of ServiceNow implementation, architecture, platform-delivery, or technical leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Strong experience with the ServiceNow core platform, including architecture, integrations, data, upgrades, releases, governance, and implementation practices.
• Demonstrated delivery across enterprise ServiceNow programs, implementations, migrations, or platform transformations.
• Experience with CMDB and software asset-management programs.
• Hardware Asset Management experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing or coordinating ServiceNow implementation partners, consultants, managed-service providers, or other external delivery teams.
• Ability to balance technical architecture with functional analysis, delivery leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading projects and technical resources, with or without formal direct-report authority.
• Strong business systems analysis, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life-sciences industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience within a GxP-regulated environment or validating ServiceNow is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Employee Center, HRSD, Workplace Service Delivery, or other enterprise ServiceNow modules is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
• ServiceNow, ITIL, PMP, or related certifications are preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Bridgewater, New Jersey, approximately one to two days per week.
