Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through both virtual and in-person consultations, utilizing evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company standards, ensuring that confidential client information is safeguarded and easily accessible for clinical review.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to share insights, discuss complex cases, and enhance the overall quality of care delivered to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
