Required Skills Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Proficiency in Surgical, GI, GU, Neuropathology, Dermatopathology, Hematopathology, Cytology, Hematology, Microbiology, Chemistry/Serology, and Blood Bank procedures Experience with rapid adequacy assessments for image-guided biopsies Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation system Ability to perform blood bank calls and interpret complex lab results Strong attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills Nice to Have Skills Certification or experience in cytopathology, specifically GYN cytology Prior experience working in a hospital-based, CAP-accredited laboratory Comfort working with Leica cryostats and Olympus BX40 microscopes Ability to collaborate seamlessly with a team of pathologists and laboratory technologists Preferred Education and Experience MD or DO degree with valid medical licensure Minimum of 3‑5 years of pathology experience, preferably in a hospital setting Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is a plus Other Requirements Credentialing process takes approximately 90 days; timely submission of credentials is essential Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Ability to work day shifts, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with call responsibilities (1:7 ratio) Commitment to providing high-quality diagnostic services in a fast-paced environment This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated team committed to your success.
