Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work with structured hours Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Although you will have the freedom and convenience of a home office, you will also have access to an established outpatient therapy framework, including resources for client management and electronic health record systems that streamline documentation and compliance. Our team operates in a cohesive manner, supporting each other through regular virtual meetings and collaborative sessions to enhance client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments that encompass biopsychosocial factors, creating personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other modalities tailored to client circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and reporting requirements, facilitating consistent follow-up care.

• Engage in regular teamwork with a multidisciplinary group of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric practitioners to provide integrated care.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices by participating in continuing education opportunities, leading to improved therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Roof Above, you will provide therapy to a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a variety of issues such as chronic stress, relationship conflicts, and parenting challenges. Clients range in age and background, and you will work with many who rely on you for compassionate support during pivotal moments in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Maryland is essential for this role.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical therapy, emphasizing evidence-based techniques and a strong foundation in best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
