Indirect Sourcing Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a global organization in their search for an Indirect Sourcing Specialist to manage and enhance indirect procurement activities across multiple categories. This role partners closely with internal teams to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance. Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 Location: Alachua, FL (Surrounding Gainesville, FL area) Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Lead sourcing initiatives across indirect categories such as logistics, facilities, capital projects, and HR services Analyze supplier markets and identify cost‑saving and risk‑reduction opportunities Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance and compliance Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and HR to support business objectives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field required 5+ years of experience in indirect sourcing or procurement #J-18808-Ljbffr
