Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work will primarily focus on patients within our hospice care program, many of whom are experiencing complex emotional responses related to end-of-life issues. By utilizing a person-centered approach, you will help facilitate discussions about care preferences, advance care planning, and grief processing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
