About The Role We’re expanding our team and looking for a results‑driven Business Development Representative to fuel growth and bring The Ladder Method to schools, hospitals, rehabs, and other likeminded businesses. This role is centered on generating new business, building long‑term partnerships, and closing deals that contribute directly to company revenue and expansion. This is a remote, part‑time role with flexible hours, a base hourly plus commission. Preference will be given to candidates located in NewYork or Austin.
