???? Base Salary: $210,000 – $300,000
Seeking a talented attorney with 2–6 years’ experience in joint venture transactions . This role involves structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex real estate joint ventures for a variety of high-profile clients.
Standout Qualifiers:
- Strong deal structuring and negotiation skills
- Experience representing institutional investors , developers , and REITs
- Ability to manage transactions from term sheet to closing
- Background in capital markets or real estate finance is a plus
