Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY
Registered Nurse - Orthopedics

Schedule
Rotating shift schedules (Day/Eve/Night), including weekends, holidays, on-call, and callback.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

Requirements
- RN License (New York only)
- BLS (American Heart Association only)
- ACLS (American Heart Association only)
- Telemetry experience required
- Orthopedic experience
- Two (2) years of nursing experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an orthopedic unit specializing in orthopedic trauma and spinal surgery.
- Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on perioperative care and recovery processes.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to patient care initiatives.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
