This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while staying connected with our multidisciplinary team. Although your practice will primarily be conducted virtually, you will also have access to our outpatient office for collaborative meetings and professional development sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe and welcoming environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique needs and circumstances, using evidence-based practices.

• Regularly meet with clients to provide counseling and therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize efficacy and support progress.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ progress and adapt strategies accordingly.
\n
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating meaningful conversations and therapeutic interventions.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialized services when appropriate.

• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Texas is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
