Drive territory performance by expanding relationships within existing accounts and developing new business opportunities Execute strategic territory and account plans aligned to long-term business growth objectives Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to grow revenue and deliver strong business outcomes Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and business reviews Adapt sales approach to customer needs, delivering compelling, insight-driven messaging Leverage CRM tools and internal resources (Sales Specialists, Operations, Corporate teams) to manage pipeline and execute sales objectives Articulate how Agiliti’s Equipment Value Management framework improves hospital equipment workflows, reduces costs, and enhances patient outcomes Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare markets, including Acute Care Collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth strategies and exceed customer expectations What You Will Need for This Role? BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing. 5+ years healthcare sales or related experience required. Experience working in a team-based selling environment preferred. Previous experience selling services is preferred. Must be available to travel up to 50%. Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
