Mig welding experience is required. This position will be responsible for setting up and operating robotic Mig and Tig welding equipment to fabricate high-quality wire and steel products. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and precision are critical for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate robotic Mig and Tig welding machines according to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, welding diagrams, and work orders to determine welding requirementsEnsure proper alignment and positioning of parts for weldingPerform quality checks to ensure welds meet company standardsMaintain welding equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needsCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of Mig welding experience requiredTig welding experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbolsProficiency with measuring tools such as tape measures and calipersStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsWillingness to work overtime as needed
