Dental Receptionist - JC Endodontics - New York
Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves people as much as you love organization? Our fast-paced, 6-doctor endodontic practice is looking for an additional Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing office. You'll work alongside an experienced team to ensure our patients receive a seamless experience from the moment they call the office to the moment they leave the office. Key responsibilities include:
- Case Presentation: Clearly explain treatment plans and procedures to patients.
- Financial Coordination: Navigate insurance benefits and provide cost estimates.
- Treatment Scheduling: Manage a high-volume schedule efficiently.
- Manage Pending Treatment: Follow up with patients that have unscheduled treatment.

- Numerical Fluency: You should be comfortable discussing co-pays, percentages, and insurance benefits without breaking a sweat.
