Key Qualifications:

• Completion of at least 48 college semester units, or possession of an Associate’s degree (AA/AS)
• Successfully able to pass background and fingerprint clearance requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators
• Demonstrated patience and a commitment to a student-centered approach

Core Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with classroom teachers to assist in implementing lesson plans and tailored instruction
• Provide one-on-one or small group academic support based on students’ needs
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that encourages learning and participation
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback to teachers to help adapt strategies and interventions
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of educational materials, and supervision during activities
