Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLPA license or certification as required by state regulations
• Fluency in English and another language (Spanish highly preferred)
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Knowledge of implementing therapy protocols and tracking student progress
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive environments for diverse learners

Responsibilities:

• Support SLPs with implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Provide direct speech and language services to students under supervision
• Prepare therapy materials and assist with data collection and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote communication skills
• Adapt activities and communication strategies to support bilingual students
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings as needed
