Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California SLPA license required
• Experience working with school-aged youth, preferably in a middle school environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
• Familiarity with documentation and progress tracking in school settings

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct interventions to middle school students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track and document student progress accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to foster positive communication skills and support inclusive classroom environments
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student development
• Engage students with creative, evidence-based strategies to enhance their speech and language growth
